Our Lunaflex Duct Wrap Insulation provides a practical and effective solution for insulating circular and rectangular duct systems. Designed for HVAC, ventilation, and air movement applications, it helps reduce heat loss, minimise condensation risk, and improve overall system efficiency.

Manufactured from high-performance mineral wool and faced with reinforced aluminium foil, Lunaflex duct wrap offers excellent thermal and acoustic properties while remaining easy to handle and install on site.

Each roll measures 18 metres long x 1.2 metres wide x 25mm thick, making it ideal for both small and large ducting projects.

What is duct wrap insulation used for?

Duct wrap insulation is used to insulate ventilation ductwork in order to:

Installation Guidance

Lunaflex duct wrap is designed to be wrapped around the external surface of ductwork and secured using:

• Foil tape ( can be found here )

• Banding or insulation pins

• Mechanical fixings where required

All joints and seams should be sealed to maintain vapour control and insulation performance.
