Order Processing
Although we will always aim to have your order processed and dispatched on the same day/next working day please note that this time may vary in the event of a missed collection(s) from the courier service. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).

Collections are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 – 4pm. Get in touch to arrange a collection outsider of these hours.
Standard Delivery – UK & Ireland
We deliver throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales.
- Standard delivery charge: £6.99 +VAT
- Estimated delivery: 2-4 working days from dispatch
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Heavy or Oversized Orders
Some products classified as heavy or bulky (or requiring pallet transport) may incur an additional shipping fee. This will be automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and destination.
In rare circumstances, the delivery fee charged for your order may not be accurate. If this happens, we will be in touch to advise of any additional / refunded charges. You will have the option to accept the updated charges or to have your order cancelled and refunded.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the UK and Ireland.
Duties and Import Charges
For shipments to the Republic of Ireland, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees incurred upon delivery (if any). These are not included in your order total and are payable directly to the relevant authorities or courier.
