Returns and Refund Policy

At Fresh Air Supplies, we are committed to supplying high-quality products and providing a reliable service to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item has not been used or installed

  • It remains in original condition and original packaging

  • You can supply valid proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation)

To request a return, please contact sales@freshairsupplies.co.uk before sending any items back. Once we receive your request, we will respond with written return instructions, including a return authorisation reference. Returns submitted without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Please ensure that items are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or was sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as Fresh Air Supplies cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-fabricated, made-to-order, or specially sourced products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items reported as damaged more than 24 hours after delivery


Damaged or Faulty Goods

All deliveries should be inspected upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it to sales@freshairsupplies.co.uk on the same day it is delivered.

Upon review, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you require an alternative item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order separately for the replacement product.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Refunds are issued for the cost of the products only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.

Please allow up to 25 business days for the processing of your return and for the funds to appear in your account. If this time has passed and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.


Restocking Fee

Returns received after the standard 14-day window may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
