Round Spiral Duct Access Panels / Doors
Available Sizes: 100mm – 800mm diameter
Compatible with: Spiral and seamless circular ducting
Our round access doors give you safe, simple access to the inside of your ductwork for cleaning, servicing and inspections.
How to fit a circular access door into ductwork
Trace, Cut, Insert, Tighten! As simple as that!
Stick the included template onto your circular duct to mark a cutting line, then cut along it (there’s a tolerance of about +3mm). Loosen the handwheels, insert the door at an angle so the cut edge sits between the pressed plates, turn it straight and pull it out slightly to line up. Then tighten the handwheels to compress the gaskets for an airtight seal.
Key Features:
- Wide size range: Fits 100mm to 800mm diameter ducts
- Versatile fit: Suits both spiral and smooth circular ducting
- Quick access: Just undo the handwheels to get at internally mounted equipment
- Service-friendly: Makes maintenance and cleaning of HVAC systems easy
- Gasketed & airtight: Tight seal that won’t affect system performance
- Safe & easy install: Trace, Cut, Insert, Tighten! Fast and installer-friendly
