The Ventara Breathe 250 is a ceiling mounted energy recovery ventilator delivering a rated airflow of 250 m³/hr, making it well suited to larger rooms and open plan spaces that demand reliable, efficient fresh air ventilation. Powered by a plastic encapsulated DC motor with 10 speed settings, it uses a high efficiency 5th generation total heat exchanger to recover energy from exhaust air and condition incoming fresh air, reducing heat loss and maintaining a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year.
The Breathe 250 features occlusal edge sealing technology — a triple folded edge design that improves casing strength, air tightness and overall appearance. Installation is flexible, with parallel airflow as standard, inverted installation available, and reserved side ports for outdoor air and exhaust air connections to suit a variety of configurations.
A primary G3 filter is fitted as standard for supply air purification, with an optional medium F7 filter available for enhanced air quality. The auto bypass function introduces fresh air directly without heat exchange when outdoor conditions are comfortable, while intelligent airflow compensation automatically adjusts volume output if the filter or heat exchanger requires attention.
The intelligent control system supports heat recovery, bypass, sleep and auto run operating modes, with advanced sleep function, temperature correction for outdoor, return and supply air, and low temperature operation down to -5°C with smart frost protection to -15°C. Smart control is available via Android and iOS. The Breathe 250 carries an energy efficiency classification of A+ in accordance with EU NO. 1253/2014, with a noise level of 28 dB(A) and an input power of 62W.
